Adding multiple users at mailing list at one time by uploading a list of users using a .CSV file. At a bare minimum, the .csv file must contain a column named “EmailAddress“.
Follow these steps to add bulk user’s in mailing list.
- Log in to Enterprise Email as the domain administrator.
- Expand the Domain Settings and Mailing Lists folders.
- Click Mailing Lists in the navigation pane.
- Select the Mailing list name
- Click on Import CSV File to add the ID’s on Bulk and Export CSV File give the details os subscribe user’s.
- Delete All it remove the all subscriber user’s
Digest Subscribers
Digest Subscribers stores subscribers for condensed digest emails.
Follow these steps to add user’s in Digest subscriber mailing list.
- Log in to Enterprise Email as the domain administrator.
- Expand the Domain Settings and Mailing Lists folders.
- Click Mailing Lists in the navigation pane.
- Select the Mailing list name
- Click on Digest Subscribers tab. Add the list of digest subscribers to this mailing list will load in the content pane.
- Click New.
- In the Email Address field, type the subscriber email address one per line.
- Once all addresses have been added, click Save.
Allowed Poster
Posters section to specify additional list subscribers who can post messages to the list — these special subscribers are considered “Whitelisted” as they’ve been given special permission to post messages
Follow these steps to add user’s in Posters subscriber mailing list.
- Log in to Enterprise Email as the domain administrator.
- Expand the Domain Settings and Mailing Lists folders.
- Click Mailing Lists in the navigation pane.
- Select the Mailing list name
- Click on Poster. Add the list of poster to this mailing list will load in the content pane.
- Click New.
- In the Email Address field, type the poster email address one per line.
- Once all addresses have been added, click Save.
Banned User
Administrators (List, Domain or System) can restrict the posting privileges for a mailing list to Anyone, Subscribers Only or Moderators Only. In addition, they can use the Banned Users section to specify additional blacklisted posters.
Follow these steps to add user’s in Banned user mailing list.
- Log in to Enterprise Email as the domain administrator.
- Expand the Domain Settings and Mailing Lists folders.
- Click Mailing Lists in the navigation pane.
- Select the Mailing list name
- Click on Banned. Add the list of banned user in mailing list will load in the content pane.
- Click New.
- In the Email Address field, type the banned email address one per line.
- Once all addresses have been added, click Save.
