Configuring BCC Mail Incoming/Outgoing

Using the events system, the domain administrator can blind carbon copy (BCC) a user’s incoming/outgoing messages to another email account. This ability is useful for both archiving and monitoring purposes.

Follow these steps to automatically BCC all of a user’s incoming messages:-

  1. Log in to Webmail.

2. Click the Setting.

3. Click the Event.

5. Click New in the content pane toolbar.

6. In the Event Category field, select Email and Event Type field, select Message Received.

7. Click the New Condition tab.

8. Select the To Address checkbox and type the user’s email address in the corresponding field.

9. Click the Actions tab.

10. In the Action field, select Add Recipient and the Maximum Frequency field, select None.

11. In the Recipient field, type the email address to which messages should be forwarded.

12. Click Save. 13. Click Save again to save the event.

13. In the Event Category field, select Email and Event Type field, select Message Sent.

14. Click the New Condition tab.

15. Select the From Address checkbox and type the user’s email address in the corresponding field.

16. Click the Actions tab.

17. In the Action field, select Add Recipient and the Maximum Frequency field, select None.

18. In the Recipient field, type the email address to which messages should be forwarded.

19. Click Save.

20. Click Save again to save the event.
